    Late last night, writer, husband, father, and brother John Moe posted a series of tweets. We don’t know him and he didn’t at-reply us, but he said a lot of true things, things we believe in, things he promised he would always remember to say after he lost his brother Rick to suicide in 2007, things we want to share with you. We Are the Hopeful

We Are the Hopeful found its origins at the University of Texas at San Antonio and is now moving its efforts to Houston. We're dedicated to spreading awareness about depression, suicide, self-injury, addiction and helping in the fight of suicide prevention. We're also here to serve as one of the many outlets such as TWLOHA, the HOPELINE to those who suffer from any or all of the above. You're not alone.

We also exist to remind people that they are loved and in the face of every struggle, there is ALWAYS hope.
